FAQs
More FAQs- What does your post construction cleaning service involve?
- Will we always have the same cleaner?
- Is drying and curing the same thing?
We provide the detailed cleaning that is needed after the construction work is completed and all construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the building over to the owner. NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. ServiceMaster of Swift Current focuses on the final clean. Rough clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is often done by the contractor. ServiceMaster of Swift Current does not do rough clean.
We strive to maintain continuity as this helps build a healthy rapport and trust with our janitorial services customers along with added security.
No. Drying means that the surface layer is no longer wet or damp to the touch. Curing, on the other hand, means that urethane has reached its maximum hardness thereby providing the necessary protection of your flooring.
