FAQs
More FAQs- Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
- Will the application process produce dust?
- Is drying and curing the same thing?
A contract is not a requirement. ServiceMaster of Swift Current will develop a detailed proposal and task schedule that will both meet your needs and budget. At any time, you can make adjustments to your cleaning requirements, and your representative will then make changes as needed and advise of any pricing revisions. You may also cancel your commercial cleaning service with 30 days written notice
Procedures that are required to prepare the floor can be done with a wet screening and/or wet conditioning pad, thereby reducing dust.
No. Drying means that the surface layer is no longer wet or damp to the touch. Curing, on the other hand, means that urethane has reached its maximum hardness thereby providing the necessary protection of your flooring.
